Refunds

Requests for refunds on orders that haven't shipped will be accepted. Please allow up to 10 days for funds to be put back on your credit card/payment method.

Refunds must be requested before the product is shipped. Any refund requests made after the product has shipped will not be accepted.

My product was damaged in shipping - can I have a refund?

If your product arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and send them to me at holoraindrops@gmail.com so I can see what damage occurred. I can send replacements for items damaged in transit, or I can refund your payment if the product is damanged badly enough.

For products damaged in transit, you must contact me within 15 days of the delivery date of your item to request a replacement or refund. I will not accept any replacement or refund requests for damaged orders if more than 15 days have passed since your order delivery, because I cannot verify whether or not the damage occurred during transit or for some other reason.

I don't want the item anymore, can I have a refund?

If you requested a refund before your item has shipped, yes, I will give you a refund for the order.

If you request a refund after I've shipped your product out, then no, I will not grant a refund.

I will not grant any requests for returns or refunds at all if it has been more than 30 days since your tracked delivery date.

Returns

If, for whatever reason, you want to return your item, you can do so as long as the item meets the following criteria:

  • The item is undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was shipped.
  • The item still has its original packaging (such as backing card).
  • The item is not missing any accessories such as pin backs or keychain attachments.
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

Returns must be requested within 30 days of the tracked delivery date. If you want to return your items, please do so using the following steps:

  • Send me a message [here] or email me at holoraindrops@gmail.com.
  • Provide the following details:
    • The name and email you used to check out
    • The items you want to return
    • I may request photos of the item to make sure they're in good condition
  • Pay the return shipping fee.
  • Use the shipping label provided to you to re-package your item and drop it off at your local post office.
  • Once I receive the returned item package, I will inspect the item to make sure it's in good condition.
  • If I receive the returned item in good condition, I will send your refund.
  • Please allow up to 10 days for funds to be returned to your payment method.

I will not grant any requests for returns or refunds at all if it has been more than 30 days since your tracked delivery date.

**ALL SALES OF CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THESE ITEMS AT ANY TIME.**

Exchanges

Apologies, but because I am one person running a small business, due to the complexity of exchanges via online commerce, I am not offering exchanges.

Instead, you may follow the above steps to return your item to me and then purchase the item you want instead from my store.
